Welcome to my Mp3 Downlaod Blog - Highspeed Music loading

Perhaps MP3 Rocket's claim of a 12-million-song database is accurate, but I have no way to verify that. What I can verify is that MP3Rocket has been the user-friendliest music downloading method I have tried. I have tried Rhapsody, Real Player, MSN Music, Musicmatch, and URGE, and MP3 Rocket has been the best for point and click ease and availability of titles for which I have searched.

If you are looking for movies, games or other software, MP3Rocket has a vast database of those as well. However, I did search for an obscure title (Rumble Fish) and I couldn't find it using MP3 Rocket's search engine. That was the only movie for which I searched tat I didn't find. The movie search options also left something to be desired, since they don't include searching by actor or director, which would have made the movie search option more useful. If movies are your primary interest, you might try a highly rated movie download site, which also offers music and game downloads such as netmoviedownloads.com or unlimiteddownloadcenter.com.

If by chance you don't already have software to burn your own CDs and DVDs MP3 Rocket has free downloads of such software. The instructions for using the software are easy enough for a beginner to follow and are quite comprehensive. Once you have downloaded your music, if you want to listen to what you have downloaded before adding to your music library, you can do so without opening another media player. In addition to the awesome music download program, MP3 Rocket also offers a media player within its software package for you to preview music tracks.

If you are new to downloading music and movies via file sharing programs online, you may be concerned about the legality of doing so. MP3 Rocket has anticipated that and you can access a legal page that addresses those legality concerns. MP3 Rocket even provides links to articles pertaining to legal cases and copyright laws, as well as tips on how to stay legal.

The primary weakness I have found with MP3 Rocket is the same weakness I have found with all download sites I have tried. Their customer support is by way of email only and they don't promise to get back to you before 48 hours have passed. A live chat option would greatly enhance the service.

Downloading MP3 Rocket software quick and easy in comparison to some other music download software; less than 1/3 the size of Musicmatch for example. Upgrades of the software are frequent and free with a membership, which runs $19.68 for one year, $29.76 for two years or $34.44 for a lifetime membership. I had been paying $.99 per song with other downloading services. If I had to pay the same for all the music I have downloaded with MP3 Rocket, I would have paid well over $700.00.

For a music lover who would rather not spend a fortune, and wants a hassle-free program for downloading music, MP3 Rocket can be downloaded at mp3rocket.com and is a definite winner.

Mp3 Music

Welcome to my Mp3 Downlaod Blog - Fast Sounds loading

UnlimitedBangla.com is an FTP site. It has a huge collection of Bengali music. I am sure anyone will love this site. The collection is really great. All songs are in mp3 format. Currently the server has a collection of over 15,000 Bengali songs. This site is based on a collaborative concept of sharing music, but this is not something similar to shareware. The collection of Bengali songs on this server is always getting enriched by user donations. The first time you create a user id with this site, they will provide you with 50 songs credit. You can download 50 songs and after that they will not provide you any more download credit. The good thing is that if you contribute to this collection by uploading a song which is not there in the server you will get 20 more songs credit. That means the upload-download ration is 1:20. To get more downloads from this site you have to upload Bengali music from your own collection to this server. This is really a good idea to enrich this collection.

Technically this site is using FTP (File Transfer Protocol) for file download. FTP is a protocol used to transfer files between computers across the Internet. FTP is the most commonly used process for downloading a file from a server and uploading a file to a server. I believe the FTP transfer is a bit better than the regular HTTP transfer protocol.

There are several FTP client software downloads available for free. CoreFTP LE is one of the best FTP client software downloads for Windows. For last two years I've been using this one without any issues. You can check all available free FTP client softwares at cnet.com. You need to download and install this software in your local system and then connect to the UnlimitedBangla.com FTP server (ftp://bangla.homeip.net:2121) using your server login and password. On the UnlimitedBangla.com site you have to first create one account. This account will serve as your FTP server login user id. Make sure you provided the correct FTP port, which is 2121 in this case.

Once you successfully connect to the FTP server you will see two windows side by side - one is your local computer folders (in a Windows Explorer view) and the other is the FTP server folders (in the Explorer view). You can just drag and drop the folder from one window to another, which will actually download or upload the files. Downloading is really easy. Just drag the folder containing your music of choice on the server to your local computer folder. Once the download starts you don't need to do anything, it will automatically download the complete folder for you. You can also check your activities in their site from this link http://www.UltimateBangla.com/youruserid.ftp (this is not the actual link for your account activities, youruserid should be replaced with your actual user id for this site). This is very helpful to know the status of your account. It will provide a list of your download-upload activities.

One bad thing about this server is that the server is very slow and sometimes you may find server is down. You may face a few connection problems. My advice is to check later if you face any problems connecting to the server. The site has a forum also. You can get help if you face any problem with this site. There are several instances when I got very good help from this forum. To view the forum - click here.

Creating A (Virtual) Free Bollywood MP3 Download Web Site

My niece enjoys Indian takes and Indian film medicine. To her, every bit to almost of the Earth, this exuberant, colorful, crazy and just-plain-fun musical genre is resumed up in one word: Bollywood.

I concede that I've get taken with Bollywood every bit happy, though not to the one extent every bit my niece, who has a figure of Indian films and on a regular basis splits others. The Bollywood best is so shot that I give to bound myself to checking those hardly a of its outputs that ripple up to view the attention of American movie readers. Otherwise I leaved be lost in Indian ocean of unfamiliar movie titles, doers and actresses.

My niece likewise collects CDs of Bollywood medicine. There's an Asian mart hot her base that cracks a cornucopia of them. Just she has the same problem selecting CDs to buy that I do settling which Bollywood movie Crataegus laevigata be worth my time. Unless she's seen the film from which a soundtrack derives, she's usually in the dark every bit to whether a special CD's calls and artists are ones she will enjoy.

At her request, I set up a fashion for her to preview a sort of Bollywood calls and even to live with them on her iPod for a while, all for Absent. This fashion she can give knowing decisions about which CDs she ultimately purchases.

First, I searched for Indian music Web sites, and specifically for those devoted to Bollywood, or at least modern popular medicine (every bit opposed, say, to classical Indian ragas). I found several good ones, with names such equally Bollywood worldwide and India FM.

Last.fm is a highly popular music site which lets users create paid and free accounts. Account holders can stream popular music online with ease. Whilst free music streaming is possible, saving music to one’s hard drive is not. To record Last.fm music streams as mp3 audio files, Last Recorder can be employed.

Last Recorder is a tiny freeware compatible with Windows and Ubuntu operating systems. The Windows version is nearly 7MB large and requires no installation. Just simply download and run the 7MB exe file. Then we feed the program our Last.fm username plus password. Once logged in, click the red recording button; consequently all songs we stream will be saved by the program in the mp3 audio format.

The mp3 files can be tagged separately (type in the tags within the program) according to the filename we want it to have. Additionally we can choose to strip the filename of characters which Windows does not recognize. Last Recorder can also be configured to skip already recorded streams.

Main features:

  • Freeware.

  • Compatible with Windows and Ubuntu.

  • User friendly interface.

  • Can add ID3 tags (artist, album, title) to audio files.

  • Can strip whitespaces and Windows-incompatible characters from file names.

  • Can automatically skip already recorded streams.

  • Remembers last used station and other settings.

  • Similar tools: Fire.fm, PWNLast.fm, YouScrobble and also see our article “3 Easy Tools to Record Streaming Music as MP3 Files”.

Online resources for discovering and downloading new music appear to be endless. And once you have discovered one that has everything you want, it’s gone. They come and go like the seasons. Some are legal, most are not.

The best way to keep up with the latest single or album releases, tour dates, and the hottest new bands are social music networks.

Here is a website that focuses entirely on what’s hot right now and where to get cool new tunes for free.

Muzic

We tune in and analyze this tidal wave of musical conversation to help you find songs, artists, and music bloggers that you want to know about. We want to help you discover new artists you’ll support in the future.

Sound good? Let’s have a look at how Muzic works.

Browsing for music…

When you’re not logged in the start page shows a tag cloud of “artists happening now”, i.e. artists that have a lot of free stuff out now. You can zoom over to “songs happening now” and “bloggers on our radar” by clicking the small buttons at the bottom of the tag cloud.

Muzic lets you search for artists, songs, or bloggers. But to discover new bands, “popular tags” or “songs by genre” are a better starting point.

The results page is a list of posts that match your query. Posts are created by the bloggers that provide the free MP3 downloads. Each post contains details about the song and a link back to the the site where it was posted originally.

Click on the song name to launch the song’s card, which contains some more information, as well as lists of more songs from the same blog and all songs from that artist below the card.

Downloading mp3s…

Once you found an interesting song, click > Get Song in its bottom left. You will be redirected to the original source. Muzic will stay with you though, as it is minimized to a small bar at the top of the page.

Now you can either download the song from the respective blog or from Muzic’s top navigation bar. If you decide for Muzic, > right-click the green > Download MP3 button and select > Save Link As… from the menu. Now select a destination and you’re ready to save the song.

To return to Muzic, click the << back link in its navigation bar at the top.

In case an artist uploaded a song to Muzic, you can directly download the MP3 from the respective song card. Uploaded songs can also be “previewed”, i.e. listened to in full through the Muzic player, which launches in a separate frame at the bottom of the page.

The community…

When you’re logged in you can add songs to your faves, follow other listeners or artists that have uploaded songs, and update your profile.

In all honesty, the profile features and community aspects are a little underdeveloped. Unless I missed out on something important, there is no real exchange between users. You can see what others added as their faves and follow them, but that’s about it. On the other hand that isn’t too bad. After all, you’re in for the latest free music and not for even more distractions.

nearly of the Web sites I found offered song samples, meaning 30-second or 1-minute snippets. Some taken full audio streams that allowed the visitor to listen to continuous Bollywood medicine for equally long as she or he might want. It was these latter that provided the first half of our solution.

Normally, streaming audio, such equally what you hear over an Internet radio place, cannot be saved or downloaded. New software program, though, makes it possible to record the stream to your hard drive for replaying every bit often every bit you like.

Even better, some of the newest audio capture software incorporates something called an mp3 splitter. This software program is able to break the audio stream into break mp3 song files. By the room, this is utterly legal, because you're simply transcription a broadcast, the very every bit when you show a TV show on your VHS. Voila -- we given the second half of our solution.

Between the audio streams and splitter/showing software system, we created our own virtual Bollywood mp3 download sites.

Now whenever my niece is in a humor to research the latest tuneful offerings from Bollywood, she penetrates on her favorite Indian-medicine Internet radio station, then starts the reading software system. Pretty soon she has enough Bollywood mp3s to shuffle over for the rest of the week, and she's almost secured to find two or three that will spur her to make a travel to the CD bin down at the Asian memory.
